AGE lead the effort to create a worldwide Charitable Trust for the purpose of utilizing Bitcoin blockchain technology to assist charities around the world to efficiently and immediately send resources to those in need.
In order to accomplish this, AGE created a cryptocurrency backed by gold from one of the most prestigious active gold mines in the US, Comstock Mining. Each gold coin is backed by in-ground gold reserves through a long-term agreement between the Trust and Comstock Mining. (see video)
The Sovereign Military Order of Saint John of Jerusalem Knights of Malta
February 21, 1997 Mr. John Allen was knighted as Sir John Allen along with a Marine Corp Lt General.
The entity retains sovereignty under international law, including permanent observer status at the United Nations, issuing own passports, currency, postal stamps with its Maltese cross insignia. The order’s military corps, three brigades, are stationed throughout Italy, and are liaised with the Italian Armed Forces.
The order, with 13,500 Knights, Dames and Auxiliary members, employs about 25,000 doctors, nurses, auxiliaries and paramedics assisted by 80,000 volunteers in more than 120 countries, assisting children, homeless, handicapped, refugees, elders, terminally ill and lepers around the world without distinction of ethnicity or religion. Through its worldwide relief corps, Malteser International, the order aids victims of natural disasters, epidemics and armed conflicts. In several countries, including France, Germany and Ireland, local associations of the order are important providers of medical emergency services and training.

Mr. Allen was Co-Chairman along with Bob Hope of the William C. Westmoreland Scholar Foundation.
Mr. Allen was a founding member and Co-Chairman with the famous entertainer, Bob Hope, of the Scholarship Foundation created in the name of one of Vietnam’s infamous commanders, General William C. Westmoreland. Founding board members included highly decorated military commanders in the Vietnam War. Col. Roger Donlon (US Army ret.) the first Congressional Medal of Honor recipient in Vietnam; Lt. Col. Larry McKay (US Army ret.) Silver Star Recipient in Vietnam; Admiral Earl Yates (US Navy ret.) first commander of the USS John F. Kennedy aircraft carrier; and Honorable William Casey, former Director CIA.
The foundation was created to foster relations between Vietnam and the US through education of Vietnamese in the US born after 1975.
