In the mid-1990s, the company assisted the US and Russian governments to identify state-of-the-art technologies in Russia’s large industrial defense complex that could be transferred to and/or commercialized by either US companies or US/Russian Joint Ventures. Allen also assisted in the development of many of these US-Russian Joint Ventures.
